I just want to say, there are a lot of posts on here about "you shouldn't eat this" or "cheating." People, WHATEVER WORKS for you is the plan you should follow! When I eat something that may not be the healthiest, I consider it a treat, not a cheat. Life needs to have balance....over indulging and deprivation are both unhealthy, physically and mentally. Do what works, what you are comfortable and happy with.
