Doesn't sound healthy, but to each his/her own. I am curious if your workouts begin to suffer. Regardless, you always do well.

My workouts are yoga and circuit training. It will take a few weeks to a month or two to fully adjust. So far I’m doing ok, I do feel like I don’t recover as quickly in between sets. Small sacrifice.

Are you quite small?? I have similar measurements .. maybe inch less on waist and hips.. but I'm like 14lb heavier... my brain cannot work it out!!
