Saturday I spent the day pouring concrete for my front yard pathway and bought pizza for my son in law and grandson who were helping. I thought I could be strong and just eat the chicken and salad I bought for me but I had 2 slices of pizza, a few bread bites and a couple cinnamon twists with my chicken 😮 way to be weak! but I jumped back on plan and still down today for check in.
yesterday was only oatmeal and protein for phase shift. I survived.
