No new low this week, and I thought I was setup for it. I think I need to stay on track and maybe try a little harder to stick to RDI all week! Except cheat day of course! Sat-Thurs this week I shall try my best to stick to RDI, and also eat gooder foods!

Just rode my bike, 29.6 miles in 2 hours and change. Took a nice roll out drydock road, and saw they have a market out there (water pit stop) and a public beach. In the middle of a huge industrial complex there is a public beach/park. I found it a little odd.
Had my recovery drink (4x carbs 1x protein), a huge breakfast, Jimmy Dean & Biscuits, both luxuries here. I cant believe how salty the Jimmy Dean is. I never noticed saltiness of foods before my journey, now it stands out.
Last night I did my Java programming homework, so I am essentially done with school for the weekend. Staring down a 3 day weekend basically with nothin' to do. I plan on riding my bike all 3 days cuz the weather looks sweet!
