I’m still strong. Didn’t eat anything outside my diet but ate more because walking more.

:) hopefully tomorrow will be another good drop. But I do feel lots of soreness. Walked 8.5 miles today.

Meadow you can do that, but wouldn’t recommend eating unless it’s part of your diet.

Yeah, I probably should try to eat a little bit lower carb. Maybe if I spread mine out over a couple days and eat only half a donut each time. ;) Thank you for your concern, moopie! I really appreciate it. :)
