I think iv got an eating disorder,googled Binge eating disorder after i ate myself to a point where i couldn’t sleep because i was overly full but still wanted to eat,third time this is happening,i feel at that point that i have no control of what im eating n im constantly eating,i eat my food very fast and if i eat one wrong thing i want to eat everything,im terrified of gaining weight again because i know how hard it took me to get to this point😞i need help!

Try and keep busy with something outside! It works for me! Go visit someone! At night I read the most interesting book I can find or do needle work! I stay as far away from the kitchen as possible!

Try keep a bottle of water with you it helps to postpone hunger pangs.

I think it would be most beneficial to seek professional help to get a proper diagnosis and help. Maybe your doctor or a psychologist. I've never suffered from an eating disorder, but from what I have read and seen in others, it as much a psychological condition as it is a physical thing. All the best!

Good day, the advice I am giving you is as follows; please see a therapist because there is an underlying situation that causes us to overeat. If you living alone it could be bordom as well. Drinking extra water has not helped me. I speak from my experience

You are not alone!!! Realizing you have a problem and admitting you need help is already half the battle won! Well done to you for having the courage to take that step! An eating disorder is not something to take lightly or to try and self diagnose with Dr Google... Binge eating is often part of a starvation/binging/purging cycle. Speaking to a therapist could be tremendously helpful. I wish you all the best with this journey! Once again, you are not alone 💙

Try banting or keto. It is very difficult to over eat on a high fat diet. Within 2 weeks the body regulates its own intake

Thanks everyone,it really means a lot to have support from people who understand so Iv been doing IF and on weekdays im able to eat according to my meal plan and see no problem but on days where i allow myself to eat other things i go way overboard,this weekend was the second time i ate myself to a point where i was sick and still tried to take in more food, thats when i googled and realized its a problem because i couldnt stop ,i will definitely seek professional help because I think i restrict myself way too much during the week to a point where i want to eat everything in that one day or two days that i havent eaten during the week, i plan on starting with a new eating plan,Thank you guys so much atleast i know im not alone....
