I learned a new tip for you chronic binge eaters out there like myself. My biggest binge eating times is right after I get home from work. At my worst I can do well over 2500 cals when I get home. I've learned that if I make a list of small chores and things to do when I get home, I'm either to tired to gorge, or the feeling passes to do so. It's kind of been a lifesaver and I just wanted to pass it on.

Oh and meal prepping is a great tool as well, get home and food is ready to eat no excuses for reaching for snacks

When I get a craving, I drink a big glass of water (with a squeeze of lemon or lime) and then just do something else for 5 minutes. The craving usually passes.

great idea ! that's been my struggle lately. I eat before work with a small snack at my break, but it's still 4ish hours until I get home... and I'm usually RAVENOUS. I will try this!!

I'm usually very hungry when I get home from work, but that's not when I want to binge. My time is after dinner in the evening. I know it's habit and I'm trying to break it with positive self talk, but I haven't conquered it yet!

Binge on veges and proteins along with 1 glass of water before and then one after.

thank you for sharing!! i too am i binger...i always struggle with it!! i can do 3500 no problem...and then the shame comes. I'll try this!

I used to binge quite frequently but I started drinking that Flavored sparking water when I started getting really hungry feeling just to calm “the storm”.
