Then you can you have broccoli n mushrooms dipped in cheese with low carbs .
Use almond flour to make chilas n stuff it with paneer. Make poha with grated cabbage instead of flattened rice . Then you can munch on nuts like almonds walnuts peanuts and you can also have coconut milk , coconut meat but not coconut water. Have yogurt with low carbs. Try to use high fat n low carb food. And always note what you eat so that you don’t exceed your carb.
