It hasn't been easy by any means to follow through with recording the food I eat but I can say I am more aware of the foods I eat now. I'm trying all the tricks to cut the pounds like eating more ground pure pepper on my food, drinking plenty of water, and trying to eat fresh vegies and salads, getting whole grain on almost everything. I have also a normal 3 times a week jogging routine which has also helped to contribute.
