Sunday my hubby leaves for truck driving school. It's gonna be hard. I'm a stress eater. I have been seeing a counselor though.

Try to become a stress worker-outter. Yoga is wonderful. Youtube has lots of great 10min sessions.

I have saved a couple of those to my favorites. I really like the arm workout. I thought the same thing about working out instead of eating. I want crunchy salty snacks when I'm stressed. My Doctor said it has to do with your adrenal glands dumping large amounts of adrenaline into your system while your dealing with anxiety, then you crash, and your body starts producing serotonin which makes you want to eat. I'm sure there's a better way to explain it. So I'm thinking earphones and music while working out when it hits. I'm just going to have to train myself.
