Ground beef angus and no it wasn’t in the recall “I checked, lol”... spinach, roasted pine nuts, lemon, cinnamon, tad salt & pepper to taste. I didn’t use Basmati rice too expensive and reused my light tomato spanish rice... low acid of course and some yummy hummus omg!! I was in heaven days I have not eaten much solids... 520 calories
