I guess it did not show up on the APP from last week’s weight in.... Anyway I had gained up to 285.2 three weeks ago, last week was down to 280.0 and again this morning holding at 280.0. I’m thankful, with all the holiday and work schedule stress along with gloomy rainy days and absolutely no exercise at all other than walking a few steps here and there, that I didn’t gain any. I have not been really diligent about the calorie intake or what kind of calories they were, so that is another lucky factor. That I know will catch up with me soon,if I don’t get back on track and now! Gotta did my recumbent out from under stuff piled on the seat and get my but on it! Need to get back to my TiaChi in the mornings before work! Felt clearer for real and did get more done in a day!
