Up again today (although I was up at 5am) so will use a weigh-in later on in the day after my hike. Not that it will matter – I will be up again tomorrow and won’t have a good excuse. This is my last cheat day (in what has really turned out to be a cheat week). Heading out to Seattle to our favourite Tapas restaurant with friends.
