452mg of sodium, 293 calories I one bowl 🙏🏻 did you know celery has 32mg of sodium and a carrot 44mg?? I’m like WHAT!! No wonder I had no idea how much SALT 🧂 I was having daily... high blood pressure scares me, it just sucks that you have to wait to be old to realize what you really eat or in my case just old lol 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
