Diario di dacks, 14 dic 18

I am disappointed in my weigh in. I really tried to document everything I ate. I know I ate less. I did 150 minutes of heavy cardio and weight trained for 3 days. i am 0.5lbs heavier than last Friday. I think it might be hormonal. I am writing this to remind myself not to get discouraged. 157 is not my ideal weight.

after lifting, I also gain. muscles hold extra water in the repair mode

Thanks HCB. I am going to try my best over the holidays to keep exercising and tey not to overdo it.
