Not too bad having taken off tis past month for holiday with no stress of worrying about my calorie count... No Loss but no gain! this is a happy holiday! Goint to start back with My Husband first of the year, he wants to lose 50lbs so we are going to do a 50lb challenge in just 7 month plan... Back to nature hikes and lots of walking after work...
