Thanks, all! Yes, Chris, this is unheard of for me. I survived the part of the year that usually does me in. My workout partner didn't fare as well. He shot up to 217. We were neck and neck until about Halloween. The Holidays affected him the way that they usually affect me. I attribute my success to the support of the members of this site and keeping up with progress pictures. The support system is invaluable. <3

Flexible dieting too. It helps to keep me from burning out. When you look forward to the food daily, it does wonders for your commitment.

Awesome, and thats what I'm talking about!! So important to find a WOE that works for us individually and allows for weight loss/maintenance AND still enjoying life. Way to go!

Actually his BMI is probably falsely high because muscle weighs a lot! That's why BMI is a poor measurement index because it doesn't take muscle into account :D

Yes, I am at the high end of overweight according to my BMI. Only 10 pounds away from obese. :)

It's why we have to use our mirrors or measurement tape for the progress and not the scale. You're doing a great job as always!

I wish I did measurements. I like to tell people to but I only really measure my waist haha. It does keep getting smaller. Thank you, Keilin, John, and kickincarbs!
