Diario di HIO2W6LIT, 30 dic 18

New Year's Day 2019 will be my reset day and my year to shed this fat that just seems to not wanna go anywhere. I lost my motivation and dedication over my Christmas break due to a slight episode of depression that still is hovering over me, but not as much due to the fact that this was my first Christmas without my grandpa (he passed away in January of this year) and his favorite holiday was Christmas. January of this upcoming year will be difficult for me as well, but he always supported my health & fitness goals, my obsession with the gym lol and my overall willpower to accomplish all my small fitness goals etc. I've been off and on of Fatsecret for a couple months now I believe.. had to create a new account (this one). But, come the 1st, I'm gonna be dedicated to log all calories and workouts on here and also gonna be motivated to workout 5-6 days a week, whether at the gym or at home or anywhere for that matter. I know my grandpa wouldn't wanna see me constantly give up nor would he want me to keep making excuses and procrastinate my weight loss journey.. So, come the 1st, it will be a new year and a new me that will do whatever it takes to improve my desire to workout, give no excuses unless I'm hospitalized, grasp my motivation and dedication with an unbreakable grip and most of all keep my IF and OMAD consistent. Maybe I could have some supporters on here to help make sure I hold myself accountable lol. I didn't wanna post this, but ended up feeling like I should let it all out and therefore make it official. I hope everyone has a blessed new year, achieve all the heart desires and accomplish every goal that you've ever created. Happy New Year Everyone!!
