i can't believe i did it! ... i've never been able to jog ONE block with out gasping for air! and when i started today i told myself.. naiomy.. jog till u can't anymore, you already have proven u can go farther than u ever have in the past so don't assume ur body is ready to give up... and i jogged over 5 blocks and a short bridge!.. about 3/4 of a mile! i know it doesn't sound like a lot.. but for me its huge!.. and after another short 1/2 mile walk, i jogged the same distance back!.. one of my goals was to be able to jog the entire 30 minutes a day.. and thought that was gonna take forever to accomplish.. and now maybe w/in a month i might be able to get there!!
