Seeing non scale victories...good Sunday morning...

4 days of riding on zwift...74.9 miles..2411 in elevation...and it’s only the first week...the intervals are strengthening my legs to the point I see a hill on zwift and no longer huff and puff to get up it...for me indoor training is gonna make me a stronger rider thru this winter..stronger then last year even...so much improvement just in looking back thru my inside rides from last year...things happen for a reason...my cycling wreck has only made me a stronger rider...

I ordered a Brooke’s cycle seat for my road bike last night...been told that’s the way to to solve my tender butt bones...the guy even told me...if I’m not happy with it..he will buy it back..how can I lose...

Got prep done for a few days yesterday...going to start using egg beaters..instead of shelled eggs...see if I can get more of the fat outta my menu...when my protein mix runs out...then switching that as well...been crunching numbers...trying to get within..the values better...

Have even been thinking vegetarian...but not sure how body would respond...having been on keto for some time...I just no longer eat a lot of meat..cept for chicken...as always just trying to eat cleaner...

Welp...breakfast..main meal hit the spot..is over...plan to zwift about 10 am or so...hit 80 or 90 miles for the week...trying to get my miles back up...they are up,,,compared to 50-60 miles in dec...but always looking to add more..for a greater workout...this ole man is trying to ride like he’s young....lol

You go with your bad self! Ride that bike .... and hope the new seat works like a charm for you!! I can't go vegetarian --- I love my meat too much and keto is hard to do without meat. What food plan will you do?

Didnt think about the sking community needing you steven...lol...had just noticed you hadnt logged in on zwift..still a workout either way..thats all that matters
