Well Hi all,
I hope you all enjoyed a wonderful Christmas and New Year Holiday Period!
I spent most of my time in hospital... I finally got my knee replacement on 12 December! Not before losing a whopping 53kgs! Since the knee surgery and a 2nd stint in hospital due to a secondary complication, I have managed to reach my Goal weight of 110Kgs but I've put a kg on with fluid and that will continue to fluctuate until my knee settles down. So now to set my next weight Goal... it will be a smaller target this time - 100kgs - I'm going to set 10kg goal lots now.
But I am really excited to have lost 56kgs or if you work in imperial measurements its approx. 8st 8lb! Whoohoo! Feeling and looking good!
