I feel like I was beginning to lose focus!! Everything looked so good to eat this weekend and I kept thinking I could make up for it in exercise. But I never seemed to get around to the exercise. I ate okay today..I hate having to do a working lunch. I'm proud of myself for getting my exercise done and still came under my calories..YEAH!
