It was so nice Yasmine! Only 99p for 4 at Lidl, there was some lemon meringue ones too, I might have to try. I called in for some vegetables and came out with yogurts and oranges 😂

Looks yummy I am with you I stay good and healthy all day make my own meals, eat lots of fruit and veg, just so as I can treat myself to a low fat yoghurt in the evening , do what works for you!

@Weemack, I totally agree, people do have a propensity for calorie counting. One of my pet theories is that people tend to overeat, because they are missing essential nutrients in their daily food intake. I hate so called manufactured good foods, because a lot contain ingredients that are bad for slimming
