You are right Inola! It was DE-LIC-IOUS!! :) But made my tummy hurt bad. I did do the rowing machine and lifted weights right before we went and got it. :)

I hate cliches but I feel I have to remind you that it's the journey, not the race. One day won't make or break your diet. Live each moment and commit to your choices. If you've made a choice to do something, enjoy it! I'm glad you enjoyed the treat! :)
