My Mantra for February is this:
"Feed your body, NOT your addictions!"
I am jumping in, feet first, of 30 days All Raw foods. I've been doing raw for breakfast every day since October. That one change resulted in healing up a painful knee injury, and dropping 8 lbs, over the course of 10 days! I have continued doing Raw breakfast (mainly fruit in accordance with Dr Doug Graham's 80/10/10 approach) ever since. I started adding in Raw for lunch most days back in December. It has helped me reduce my hot flashes during the day, but so far no more weight loss, and still having hot flashes at night. I think going all Raw for a while might be the key. Fingers crossed and full steam ahead.
