We've been eating out a lot over the last week and it is starting to show and I have not been walking either. Tonight I am getting back on the treadmill and I am looking forward to it! I felt like I was coming down with something on Saturday so started taking cold medicine and I feel so much better. The sun is shining here, but it is soooo cold, I just checked the temp and we are at 20 right now! Hope everyone has a great Wednesday!
