Eating whatever...and how much I want. I got frustrated and am now trying to get back on track. Going back to the gym with more regularity. My challenge is to stop before I put the junk in my mouth. I'm usually not even hungry. Just bored or stressed. That's when I'll see the weight come off. My stomach looks bigger simply because I haven't been going to the gym on a regular basis and doing my ab exercises. I'm happy that I have done some aerobic and weight training this week.
