My family is going thru a hard time right now and has put my exercise routine in a almost non existant state. I do try to walk more at work, but as far as being able to get my workout done after work it's not been happening for the last 2 weeks. Hopefully tonight I will be able to get one in. Please keep my family in your prayers.

It is rough when our routines get sidelined because of circumstance beyond our control. Both of my children have medical issues so I spend a lot of time at hospitals and surgery centers. I keep a resistance band in my "go bag" now so that if I can't do my regularly scheduled weights, I can at least do SOMETHING while I'm waiting. I've decided that I'll never let myself fall into the all or nothing downward spiral since even just a little bit of exercise helps keep my faltering spirits up when everything around me seems to be going down in flames and all I can do is wait.
