Hungry today. I suspect it is because I became frustrated in general. Food isn't the issue, but when I get frustrated and upset I really want to eat. And I can't eat to feed my emotions when it's not on the plan! ugh.

Yep that's a tough one, I think that has been alot of my weight problems over the years too, and then you say "oh what the hell". Hang in there and try to focus on you and the "bigger picture" in life.
