It was good. Sautéed green cabbage and chicken breast. I ended up eating more snacks before bed though 🙁

Some days are high, some days are low, that is how balance is maintained. I've been extra snacky myself this past week myself. By logging everything (the good, the bad and the ugly) I don't have to wonder WHY I'm not losing right now. :D

I actually went to sleep before I logged my last “snack” I ate almost 2700 cals yesterday 😑🤦‍♀️ I definitely was eating my feels yesterday 😕

Coni you are so right. I want to log everything. It’s “evidence” lol but it’s needed if I want to learn what my body wants and needs and how it will react to my eating patterns
