so yesterday i knew i was going to be eating at my best friends birthday party and having an amazing korean buffet, so i kept it light during the day and pushed my exercise.. plus i had another night out and dancing is the best exercise!!... but there's no way to put all the things i ate and i went over my calories :(.. even with today's father's day festivities i am keeping on track. enjoy your fathers day everyone!
