Okay this is terrible. Since going back on regular duty I have been thoroughly advised! Two weeks ago I had a 25 hour day and a 30 hour day just 4 or 5 days apart. Tuesday I just had another 34 hour day. This is thoroughly messing with all my body functions and food intake! Last time it caused me to miss out on 2 training sessions as well. At least this time so far I list a Wednesday, which is not a training day.
