You know what? I put my victories on here but not always when I fail...so here's a big fail for you to see....my breakfast that I'm having with coffee. And it's really good (although my tummy aint used to it and doesn't like it)...and i didn't take pics of everything i ate last night...but it wasn't good..... Struggling with depression because i didn't lose this week even though i felt I'd earned it...and i know this is the opposite of what i should do when i didn't lose but right now I'm throwing a fit and don't care....and I'm eating it while i plan meal preps that are a little lower calorie for next week...i want to achieve my goal weight so bad and I'm so close now compared to where i came from (30lbs left approx)
