Check your vitamin d level people dieting can be low or deficient. And it’s winter time no sun around. All causes tiredness and depression . I personally take vitamin d-3. . Look it up on internet Symptoms of vitamin d Deficiency

Cleaning and chores have always been good therapy for me. There is something about cleaning , straightening, and throwing stuff away that clears the mind. You don’t have to constantly lose, you can plateau, non scale victories! You are gorgeous and you are night and day different from when you started. Celebrate the overall journey ! You look amazing - and that smile- OMG that smile!!!! :)

I get overwhelmed and don't know where to start, but it's easy for mine to get like that, but since my husband is retired, he steps in to help! I really have a problem figuring out what to get rid of 😄!

Yes, cleaning up your house and exercising are a great therapy.

Depression can cause one to let things go. I always feel better when my house is decluttered and relatively clean. With the pups dragging in mud clean is an impossible dream .

Hang in there! I find that once I clear out stuff, there is a "good feeling" that lasts for weeks.

Cleaning has always been my favorite stress reliever. My mother called me the white glove lady. If you start a habit of putting things away, immediately, you'll never have to be in this overwhelming position.

Sorry to ask, what caused the depression? Family? Friends? Work?

Hang in there. Take one task at a time.

GREAT! You have "Before" Pictures. Now, just do one little area at a time, and send us the "After" picture. Baby steps. Helpful Tip - Don't handle anything more than once.

Sorry you have been feeling down. Sounds like you're back to getting things the way you want them. ❤

I'm not domesticated in most senses of the word. Cleaning has never been "therapeutic" for me. I've never had much clothing (mostly because I'm one of the least fashion-conscious people you'll ever meet), so it doesn't pile up. However, I have gone on spending jags, and I have been seriously depressed. My sympathies! I hope you feel better soon.

Good luck 🙏🏻 it takes over me like this too 😪 I make a crazy detailed list of the order in which to tackle the chores. It keeps my scattered brain from derailing me.

You are going to feel amazing when you tackle your home. I find spring cleaning to be a great adjunct to a weight loss plan. A home mind, body, cleanse
