I had forgotten how good candy tasted and how addictive Hersey's Miniatures are… I had a coupon for two small bags of Christmas candy and I have two Christmas candy dishes, so I figured hey why not. It'll last me all Christmas and it will look nice for when people come over.
I hadn't been snacking on them, because I've been in a baking mood and I've had cookies and brownies to snack on... and also ice cream. :) Last night my fiance wanted to skip ice cream and I still had a craving for something sweet before bed, so I had one Ferrero Rocher and I was like this is nice, this satiates my craving...
Then I sit down on the couch and start eyeing the Hersey's Miniatures in the candy dish and I take one... and then another... and another... and I ate a good handful... around 315 calories worth!!
I don't know what happened, maybe it was because I was watching a Christmas special and was mindlessly eating...
Bad me! This will not happen again tonight. If I can't just have one, I can't have any! Maybe I'll pack them for an after lunch dessert when the brownies run out... That way I can control how many I eat.
