Sorry guys / you are the best !!! Tried all suggestions- appreciate all you attempting to salvage this mess. I’ve been diligent with weighing - measuring - logging all foods as well as increasing and decreasing - honestly. No ones fault but my bodies. I checked your profile and it looks like steady downward progress with a recent plateau. Don't give up and stick with your plan and you will see results. Hang in there.
