Scale finally going in right direction- yippee- continuing to eat what I want /logging all foods keeping diet clean and healthy. Know that LCHF diet was causing me to get depressed - can’t blame all on diet though - suffer from winter blues - hoping I’ve struck gold. Low carb - increased protein substantially - missed my larger portion of meat - keeping fingers crossed I’ve finally found something that works for me. Increased steps to build endurance lost over winter - shooting for another week before going to gym

@liv001 was so close to quitting !! Throwing in the towel - went on a rampage but was not happy - can go through all the adjectives I called myself - Decided to lump all suggestions with most repeating same things but didn’t know how to incorporate all - here’s hoping - thanks for your continuing support and kind words
