Today I looked in the mirror and noticed that my face looked thinner. I had showered and just done my hair and I was surprised to see my reflection looking slimmer. I am noticing the weight loss in my slacks and some tops, but seeing my reflection was nice. Thanks for listening!!

Glad to hear about your success. I need to be around people that are fighting the fat. Seeing people winning the war makes it even better, but just knowing that I am not alone in this is what really helps. Keep going, we can do this.
