Diario di Nikitawells, 06 lug 10

grrrr....feeling FAT...ate too much grilled fish chicken and ribs. I had no bbq sauce with it but my cravings r back. I found out yesterday. Watermelon has a high GI and I should have known because I was yelling @ the kids for nothing. I should have known my blood spiked then. I hardly ever yell @ my kids...only when I get the highs and lows of consuming flour and sugar. So no large servings of watermelon. Cause I ate like 3 and a half cups @ a time. Next time only a half a cup to a full cup and not three days n a row. So how do I resist the cravings again. How do I find the will power again? This is so frustrating and if feels like when iam so close I can't get there. Am I self destructive? I really tried to get on track yesterday and failed! I will try again or should I say I WILL get back on track today? So confused.....
