Woke up this morning feeling tired and uninspired but went to the gym as it is part of my daily workday routine. Low and behold after an hour of sweating and dancing on the stair master I felt awesome. Easy day at work as we went for a long lunch at B.J.'s and I was able to ease back into the rythym of work after a fabulous 4 day weekend. I had a lot of good energy until around 5:30PM and am home now at 7PM. Feeling tired, and my mind is starting to wander and wonder about what I can eat, not because I am hungry but just because,so I am sipping some icy water which is quite nice. I am glad I joined the group "No Eating after 8pm" as it will help keep me from going to the frig as I have a tendancy to do sometimes when I am tired. Anyway, for the most part this Monday/Tuesday was a great day. (day 15) TOWANDA!!!
