Whoo-hoo! I hope this weight keeps dropping! Felt so good I did a little shopping : ) But only AFTER a major workout. Did about an hour and a half and was so hot and exhausted I dropped into the pool with my workout clothes on! I did the Cardio Max 1 & 2, then Jillian's Boost Metabolism, Burn Fat or whatever it's called - that one is about 55 min. including the warm-up, added a couple of thigh/butt exercises to it, too. A week til the consult - unless things happen around here and I have to postpone it. I hope I don't have to, but still hope to be in those 130's when it does happen. I woke up this morning feeling thinner, which is why I weighed in and was happy to see a brand new number! Love this! Love the thyroid medicine! Love the doctor kind enough to prescribe it! Just loving life right now. I know, giddy and silly. But it's okay :D
