How to cook it? It looks very delicious!😋

MGC. Very easy. Grate fresh zucchinis. Add egg to bind and a small amount of flour. I use organic Quinoa but any just for binding. The you can add anything you like, mushrooms, corn, salmon, etc. Spoon a small amount and lightly grill each side until brown. Delish.
