well, at least I was under 72 heading into the weekend. I had loads of fun on Saturday. Share shabu, followed by durian and an absolute lake of Bintang as I watched the football. Decided to go for broke on Sunday by eating all sorts of bad stuff and drinking more beer. Paying the price now, but I just need to lose half a kilo to get back on track
