Diario di suechru, 13 lug 10

So this week so far I've gotten into the routine of doing the quick body test on the wii fit, going to gym (thankfully walking distance of my apartment) doing 30ish minutes of hard-core cardio cycling, then coming back and rehydrating. I've been jumping on the wii fit later at night just to release some tension and calm down before bed. Seems to be working so far, I guess. *shrug*
