Good morning. I have had a great week as far as getting a lot done, but horrible at my food plan. I have had at least one meal out everyday since weigh in on Thursday. A couple of days a couple of meals were eaten out. And, today is one of those. I have had a salad when possible, but the dressing is so high in fat and calories. So, I will do what I can today and hope tomorrow will go better. The next several weeks will be tricky, I will be traveling and away from home for an extended period of time. Only in the third week will I have control over the menu. PORTION CONTROL< PORTION CONTROL, I can do that. Will be taking my lap top, planning to stay in touch. WE CAN ALL GET TO GOAL!!!!
