Down today and Im very pleased. We went to a buffet last night and I ate very mindfully. I mean, I was full, but I felt really good about the choices I made and since I didnt have breakfast, my cals were pretty low going into it.

TMI: Finally started my TOM. Posting that for my own ref since this one has been super weird and I went back through my journals looking for this info yesterday. Ive never been so happy to start in my life -and not because I thought I was preggo- but because my body has been super weird and Ive been feeling crappy for about 2 weeks.

Finally, going through my old journals was very helpful. I posted some things about food that I had forgotten that I tried and Im looking forward to having again! I bought butternut squash noodles and I cant wait to have them for dinner!
