did my monthly weigh in and measurements this morning! in the last four months (since march) I am down 26.2 lb and 25" inches over 11 areas I measure! i am feeling so much better and all my clothes fit better. the visual change is still kind of minimal since i am losing a little bit over my whole body 1-2" in most areas except for a 5" drop off my tummy (yay!). this weekend i got the first compliment from someone who doesn't know i am trying to lose weight, she said "wow you are looking fit!" that felt really good and wow i feel proud of myself and very determined to keep it going! this actually works if you just stick with it! keep on pluggin!! onederland here i come!
