So. I changed my goal weight! I kind of let this site be for a while and ate some bad stuff that I shouldn't have eaten and let my diet fall by the wayside. The good news is that I haven't gained any weight. The bad news is that I haven't lost any weight. I'm also currently looking for a job and money is a little tight so no doubt stress is affecting me too. I haven't been able to get the to gym lately either. So everything hasn't been going so well. BUT I decided that I really need to tone up and get into shape and there's no time like the present to start doing that. So tomorrow I'm going to get off my fat, lazy ass and go to the gym and start anew. And I'm going to keep up with this site to keep myself motivated!
