I thought I can take a break. Live normal for a while and get right back in it. Yeah well my break took about 2 two years and I picked up weight in the process. Never have I ever been more disappointed in myself. I picked up 13.5kg

After being in the slumps about it and not caring, I am picking myself up and getting back on the train TODAY! I will lose this 13,5 and after that I will reach my goal!

I learned how my weight has such a big impact on me mentally. When I feel good about myself I am the life of the party but lately I haven't even been to the party

Thank you @LowCrabFemmeFit, yes I constantly have to remind myself that what ever I am doing or eating today will most definitely affect me tomorrow or next week, I had to force the positive vibes but eventually it grows on you hey?

It's so true..when I treat my body well..it grows but jeesh when I have Steers chips here and there and bags of chips etc, I literally start losing respect for all the good things that nourish me. Not good! What gets me the most is that it takes weeks and weeks, sometimes months, to get the weight off and after a weeks of bad habits it just piles on in no time. UGH..Never mind we will think positive thoughts and take small steps forward. Good luck on your journey xx
