OMG, I don’t believe it. It FINALLY happened! I’ve lost 20.5 pounds since January 1. I have weighed over 200 for about four years-since retirement. This counting calorie thing is truly helping me get over the lack of accountability issue Is faced the last four months. ‼️😃‼️
